I have never been treated with such dignity, care and respect at a mental health facility before. I have left fully supported through all aspects of care. Most hospital situations, have been in have been somewhat distressing but this has been so kind and comfortable. Thank you.

There was a movie with psychiatrist switch overs due to holiday that could have been smoother because the handover did not really seem to happen.

From the moment I arrived at the clinic I knew I had come to the best place possible. For the first time in months I felt calm, for less anxious with no trouble of self harm and in the negative humiliation. All the staff psychiatrist, nurses were incredibly supportive and the care. The showed answered me to improve in a relatively short time.

I could not fault my treatment here although it did not feel like a hospital environment at all. I would have no hesitation in recommending the criminal clinic to anyone who required intense, in patient treatment. Thank you so much to everyone - I really do feel (and hope) this will represent a turning point in my life.

All the staff treat the patients with great care - from the paralysis to the nurses, with from the housekeepers to the catering team- and this has helped me in my recovery greatly. Hopefully, the medications will help me going forward, and my doing regime was Charged and a menatal to 'tweak' it accordingly.

Throughout my admission I have been treated with kindness, compassion and care, from everyone. I have felt looked after and cared for, allowing me to rekindle hope for my future. I am very grateful for all the support I have received- there is no place like the cardinal clinic.

- A lot of the staff seemed us equipped to deal with my issue. - In considering between staff over rules of the clinic. - I was not involved with my care plan. - Staff were overall lovely.

- More awareness of how to cope with high risk patients. - Clear rules. - Involving patients in care planning.
